ESG Overview

Introduction

Metals Exploration’s vision, via its operating subsidiary – FCF Minerals Corporation – is to be the most admired gold producer in the Philippines. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our people and local communities through the responsible management of our natural resources, to build a multi-project business and to deliver performance that stakeholders can be proud of.

Well-defined values embedded into the business processes and structures along with consistent leadership actions and behaviours provide the foundation for corporate culture and its subsequent success. As a responsible mining company, we ensure that our Company’s core values reverberate across all aspects of our business and represent the way we do business.

Runruno has been producing gold without any community or government enforced stoppages since 2016 which illustrates the strong local relationships that Metals Exploration has built over the years in region. 98% of the workforce at the mine are Filipinos with 28% of the workforce being women, many as higher paid supervisors and equipment operators. Runruno’s environmental performance has been recognised with numerous government awards having been won over a number of years.

Sustainability Reports

2025 Sustainability Report

FCF Minerals Corporation proudly presents its sixth Sustainability Report, covering our performance from January 1 to December 31, 2025. Guided by this year’s theme, “Beyond the Gold,” we highlight our continued progress in creating value that extends beyond our core operations. The report features our key sustainability initiatives, targets, and milestones, as well as the impacts of our activities on our stakeholders and the environment. This year, we also strengthened our approach through a double materiality assessment, ensuring that we focus on the issues that matter most to both our stakeholders and our long-term sustainability goals.
